and protects personal data of customers using the Dealz App and website.
The policy is designed to comply with applicable UAE data protection laws, including Federal
Decree-Law No. 45 of 2026 (PDPL).
Dealz collects personal information such as name, email address, and phone number to create and
manage user accounts.
Transaction data including purchase history and reward balances is collected to enable cashback
functionality.
Technical data such as IP address, device type, and usage behavior is collected to improve
performance and detect fraud.
Payment card information is not stored and is processed only by licensed Payment Service
Providers.
Data is used to provide services, process transactions, allocate rewards, personalize offers, and
ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
Dealz may also use data to detect fraudulent activity and enhance platform security.
4. Cashback & Withdrawals
Customers may accumulate cashback rewards through eligible transactions.
Withdrawals can only be requested once a minimum threshold of AED 100 is reached.
Dealz reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, refunds, or
verification requirements.
Data may be shared with payment providers, merchants (limited to transaction-related details), and
regulatory authorities when required by law.
Dealz does not sell or commercially trade personal data.
Dealz implements encryption, secure infrastructure, and access control mechanisms to safeguard
personal data.
Despite best efforts, no system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.
Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data.
Users may also withdraw consent for marketing communications where applicable.
Dealz may monitor transactions and report suspicious activities in accordance with UAE AML laws.
Accounts may be restricted if required for compliance.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including PDPL and AML
regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
