MERCHANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Dealz acts as a platform provider and payment facilitator connecting customers and merchants.

Merchants must provide accurate offers and deliver services as advertised on the platform.

Merchants are responsible for maintaining the quality and validity of all listed offers.

Merchants may increase the value or attractiveness of an offer at their discretion without prior approval.

Any reduction, modification, or restriction of an existing offer requires prior written approval from Dealz.

Dealz reserves the right to reject or request modifications to any offer to protect customer experience.

Merchant payouts are processed after a 21-day settlement cycle from the transaction date.

This period allows for refunds, disputes, and fraud checks.

Dealz reserves the right to adjust settlements based on refunds or chargebacks.

Merchants are fully responsible for handling refunds and customer disputes.

Dealz may deduct refund or chargeback amounts from merchant payouts.

Dealz may monitor merchant activity for fraud, abuse, or suspicious behavior.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated in case of non-compliance.

Merchants may terminate their participation on the platform by providing a minimum of 30 days (1 month) written notice to Dealz.

Dealz reserves the right to terminate merchant access immediately in case of fraud, risk, or regulatory requirements.

Dealz is not responsible for merchant service performance or customer disputes arising from merchant actions.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
