Dealz Customer Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern your use of the Dealz platform as a customer. By creating an account or using the Dealz App, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1. Platform Role

Dealz is a technology platform facilitating payments and rewards and does not operate as a bank or financial institution.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.

3. Payments

All payments are processed via licensed PSPs, and Dealz may facilitate fund routing for settlements.

4. Cashback

Cashback rewards are promotional and may be reversed if transactions are refunded or deemed fraudulent.

Withdrawals require a minimum balance of AED 100.

5. Fraud & Abuse

Users must not engage in fraudulent activities such as fake transactions or multiple account abuse.

Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of rewards.

6. Refunds

Refunds are managed by merchants and may result in cashback reversal.

7. Liability

Dealz is not liable for merchant services or indirect damages arising from platform use.

8. AML/KYC

Dealz may verify user identity and monitor transactions in compliance with UAE regulations.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including PDPL and AML regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
